I’m Tata from Colombia,  the founder and creative heart behind Chocomaiz, where my love of chocolate, music, storytelling and Latin culture come together to create experiences that are made to be remembered.
 

I’m a solo Latin artist, lead singer, chocolate maker and chocolate decorator, but most importantly, I love creating moments that bring people together.
 

For me, chocolate is more than something delicious. It can tell a story, transform a table, become a gift, start a conversation or make a celebration feel completely unique.

Music works in much the same way.
 

As a singer and performer, I bring Latin rhythms, live vocals, percussion and storytelling into weddings, parties, children's events, hen celebrations and special occasions. Sometimes I'm performing as a solo artist, sometimes leading a duo, trio or larger female ensemble, and sometimes I'm stepping into the wonderful world of Willy Wonka to take children on a chocolate adventure.
 
My Chocolate World

I create handcrafted chocolate decorations and themed displays, inspired by Latin American colours, celebrations and traditions.

From chocolate strawberries and playful fiesta creations to beautifully decorated tables and memorable chocolate gifts, I love making something that catches the eye before it melts in your mouth.
 

 My Musical World

Music has always been a way for me to connect with people.

Through Latin music, salsa, cumbia, live vocals and percussion, I create performances that can be intimate and elegant or energetic and ready for the dance floor.

Whether I'm singing to a small gathering or leading a full Latin celebration, I want people to feel the rhythm rather than simply hear the music.
 
 My Storytelling World

I also love creating experiences where stories, music and chocolate meet.

In Willy Wonka's Secret Cacao Journey, for example, children become Junior Chocolate Explorers and discover the journey from cacao bean to chocolate through storytelling, singing, rhythm, dance and chocolate.
 
That is the spirit of Chocomaiz.

I don't just want to provide entertainment or decoration. I want to create an experience.

Something people can hear, see, taste, discover and remember.
